Shiny and tight.. perfect description. Usually this occurs after I shower and the build up comes off.. they look normal for a few hours then (usually before I fall off to sleep), I sense the tingling/tightness .. the next morning they still look fine, then I brush my teeth and it's another day of peeling once the lips meet the outside.

A new strategy for me this week is going to be liver flushes..

See if it helps paying close attention to how what you are eating relates to your ailments. For example, a celery/carrot/spinach/plant protein powder juicing session gives me two and a half large glasses of juice. I can drink these without issue. No immediate tiredness or dull thudding in my head (bordering on headache).. however one bag of gluten free vegan crisps the day before yesterday + banana and my head was swimming (felt like I had to lie down and sleep) - the brain fog came on immediately, coupled with the token redness/inflammation on the inferior lip.

I think it's time to up the intake of what I eat raw and introduce liver cleansing/fasting.
