How are you doing now? Are you still taking it? Adaptogens usually take a while to start working but you might be experiencing a reaction to one of those herbs. Everyone is very different.

I've had a bout of insomnia for past two months and finally understand what the adrenal crashes are all about - been dragging my legs for a week now and not sure what to do.

I just started taking He Shou Wu Formulation (from Dragon Herbs) which also has Rehmania so we'll see how it goes.
