in my case my Body Odor gets xtreme when i can't bowel for 3 days then after drinking fiber supplement my odor decrease for a half w/c i can't recognize but still there others could smell.
then when i started a detox the odor gets xtreme again .

what could be the solution. or I could have this all my life even i combat it called TMAU.
