I have a question about the liver flush. If I've understood correctly, the purpose of a Liver Flush is to get rid of Gallstones in your gallbladder and liver. My question is, instead of going through all the steps in the liver flush, could you not just get rid of these Gallstones by taking things like ox bile supplements or herbs like turmeric and ginger that make the liver produce more bile, since bile dissolves these gallstones? Can producing more bile be the equivalent of a liver flush?
