How do you manage it? Do you peel them or trim them?
I was just looking at a guy named Seb who used to post on here that was cured. Here is a photo, although yours is less severe, it looks quite similar:

Have you seen a derm and stuff/gotten a biopsy/culture? That would be my first bet.
