You got a systematic fungus infection OR a pathogen overgrowth.

If your nothing having die off reactions your not doing it right. You should try to get your stool tested for fungus and bacteria overgrowth.

If they come back negative try this

Olive leaf extract 20 % oleuropein
Goldenseal 500mg 4 pills 4x aday
Gymnema sylvestre 500mg 2 day
Colloidal sliver
Iodine
Zapper

You don't sound to ill just yet keep doing what your doing and it will progress to full blown auto immune lupus from the leaky gut.

Stick to the dite you have and do what I told you also take the herbs with hot water to metabolize them.

And make milk kefir or buy it and drink ALOT of it. Like 1 liter a day.
