I've found a vegan DHA/EPA algae supplement. As I said before I eat nuts and seeds so this gives me abundant ALA, it's just the DHA/EPA that may be of issue. Upping my zinc intake seems to have cleared up my dermatitis for the time being.. I cannot say cured because it's been 48 hours and I've been battling with it for many months/years, where it goes away then comes back with a vengance. I feel though addressing the mechanisms influencing my dermatitis/ Psoriasis may be the golden ticket to curing my EC as well. I hope FAN is deriving some help from this.
