Rather than just adding Iodine into your diet and thinking that it is a silver bullet for whatever ailment you might be suffering from, I would suggest you do a little homework first, maybe get some blood work done.
While I would agree you most likely are deficient in Iodine, you could ultimately wind up in worse shape than you currently find yourself in now if you get careless and proceed ill informed.
