Thanks! I appreciate the response. It is definitely weird to experience but I do feel much better already.
I guess I will let my body do it's thing. I have been on short fasts before this. This is the first time I have committed to a longer one so its been quite an experience.

Any suggestions to keep my energy levels up during the fast?
