Also vitamin c enema would be a great idea for you. The vitamin c woukd go right to the liver with a enema. Make sure you use buffer vit c.

And stay around 5 grams. I did 10 once and got a huge instant head rush. Vitamin c act like glucose in the blood when used as a enema.
