Cystic Acne can be caused by both fish oils and b6. B6 causes an imbalance of other vitamins and minerals in the body if taken in too high a dose. With fish oil, we need an perfect balance between omega 6 and 3s, otherwise there is inflammation. One is inflammatory and one is antinflammatort- but if you think about yin and yang, we NEED both. stop b6 and fish oils, they cause cystic Acne in a lot of ppl esp those with liver problems. Even MONTHS after stopping, so be patient.
