Migraine is hereditary neurological disorder that is characterized by over excitability of specific areas of the brain. Although we do not clearly realize how a migraine brain is different or what happens in the brain to start a migraine, we know people with migraine called temporary factors "trigger" that are more susceptible to the effects of an increase in the risk of having a migraine attack. This includes trigger fluctuations in hormones; Weather or bright lights, certain smells, alcohol, certain foods, poor sleep, and environmental stimuli such as high pressure. However, not all of their migraine attacks were a clear trigger.
How do you know you have a migraine?
Identifiable features that help diagnose migraine. If you have two or more of these features, then you can talk with your doctor about your headaches.
*Moderately or severely painful headache.
*Headache pain gets worse with physical activity.
*A headache that causes you to miss work or other activities.
*Lighting, increased sensitivity to sound or smell during a headache.
*A long-lasting headache (within 4-48 hours if untreated)
Currently Migraine Treatments are Inadequate then also we can think Migraine home remedies therapy until getting proper medications.
