Lipomqas ARE walled off. When they remove them surgically the capsule (wall) has to be removed, otherwise they occur again at the same spot.
Legumes are hard to digest in general. Day 3 is too soon for them, even though I also ended up doing them, but I have no problems gaining weight. This to say, next time I will only do raw for the same amount of days I fasted.
It is probable that in a fast the body takes care of more dangerous issues first, considering benign cysts no too dangerous.
