Linfu I would love to hear how you are doing, as I was reading into some of your past posts and feel like we have some things in common. I too am trying to avoid surgery but lately have been contemplating it more as things just don't seem to get better. I just started taurine, along with stone free supplement (I think it has gold coin grass in it), chanca piedra, and malic acid and other things. I am mostly vegetarian with occasional fish and rarely chicken.

Anyways, I would love to hear how you are doing now. Please update if you can. Hope you are well! BTW I just posted an introductory message to the forum describing some of my issues.
