I have been in the health food industry a long time and it is still a guess. Check for a deficiency you notice and look for an imbalance that is noted with major minerals.
I use 4 things for distilled water. A macro type liquid that I suspect is just silica that make a difference. (peeling nails)
Concentrace sea minerals at a low volume.
Pink Himalayan salt at a low volume.
Iodized Sea Salt at a low volume.
Small amounts of cod liver oil or vit d3 in winter. Lots of fruits and veggies in everything.
