what are you doing for putting back the probiotics I will have to disagree with the owner of this forum as he wrote things up (who never comes back,anyway) that the probiotics in the dairy case are much good. there is a lot of study being done on soil-based probiotics now. They are different from the ones in kefir and yogurt that don't seem to take hold very well. Prescript Assist is one brand. Go to http://www.integratedhealth.com and do some reading. We are faced with everything destroying our digestive tracts these days. Hope you find it helpful information.
