I have been thinking bout doing them over the last year my bowels have got worse and worse I have taken stool softerners and enemas and they have made me a lot worse also probotics of every kind I have tried and they make me worse to do you know why they would make the bowels worse??I have doen few stool tests both said low in gut bacteria and do not digest fats could Liver Flushing help me with my digestion ??I am in absorlute agony the prep I had for coloscopy also made my digestion worse I am finding flsuhing my gut out is aggravating it and the bowels become slower and slower i also have bad acid refelx and mild gastritis in my tummmy
