Well even though it feels like I'm talking to myself here I wanted to post my results.

I did the flush again day 2 with prune juice and I ended up passing some stones!

I doubled the amount of olive oil and lemon juice so the max recommended dose last night and I must admit I was uncomfortable and frustrated this morning and feeling very negative about the whole experience. I kinda gave up on the prune juice and decided to just do the Epsom Salts , which only made me throw up instantly. Im really happy that I threw them up, I think i forgot the mention the reason i didn't want to use Epsom Salts is because it is very toxic for your body to ingest them, it can irritate and damage the intestinal walls.

anyway I decided to eat some food and just hope that maybe later ill end up passing some stones and I did. Since I didn't do the Epsom Salts the only thing is if you wanna see the stones you gotta grab a utensil and find them in your stool. What a relief it was to see that the prune juice method does work :)

also I'm not sure if on day one i just didn't recognize them coming out because i had eaten asparagus and thats pretty much the same color as the stones i found today. Mabye it was more successful than i thought. lol
