Hi Rowan,

It's been a long time since I've seen you posting!

Anyway I'm on Day 4 and I started the Master-Cleanse with a flu/cold...and it's crazy but it's really helped me a lot in terms of feeling hungry because when you are sick your appetite decreases anyway so I'm proud to say that this time around has been a breeze for me.

Also not really noticing many detox symptoms except for the usual white tongue/smeely breath and the usual BMs... My theory was that my body is working like crazy to fight off this cold/flu that many of the detox symptoms came unoticed

Anyway I'm not saying 'hey go on the Master-Cleanse cause I'm fine', but I just wanted to share my experience

whatever you decide will be fine
