Reply to ACV frequency. Am new to this and not figuring out how to reply to thread; rather, having to type a new message.
Depends on how well you're tolerating them and how much ACV per quart, etc. I use them daily - 1 tablespoon per quart. Often several times a day or whenever I feel intestinal snot has slimed down into my rectum and needs help exiting because it does not contain bulk to trigger peristalisis. I also have been dealing with massive rear rash, and use straight ACV on folded paper towel to hold firmly to rash. Yes, it burns like crazy for the first 5 minutes, then the itch goes away. However, if slime is sitting in there it will cause an unbearable itch which also tells me to get it out before the rash worsens. Have been at this 4+ years. Argh. Lots of improvement and the rash is almost gone - I think it had something to do with pathogen overload coupled with hemmorhoids. Have maintained a modified Gerson protocol the entire time - primarily alkalizing and at least 3 raw cloves of garlic daily - at bedtime - which makes for poor sleep because there are itching fits. But I had so much medical damage and a lifetime of illness, it was do or die. Still doing.
