First Liver Flush> May have screwed it up... we shall see...

I have been diagnosed with hepatitis c, lucky for me I am otherwise healthy and have no symptoms that I can see or feel.

I did the vitratox 7 day Colon Cleanse and used tart cherry juice with the cleansing drink plus drank some by itself each day so that i could combine the Colon Cleanse with a liver flush.

I am decided to follow the Liver Flush as directed by rich anderson with prune juice instead of Epsom Salts and i still haven't had a BM today. its been a few hours since i woke up.

I took the oo/lemon juice (4 oz each) right before bed and slept on my right side.

I took the supplements upon awakening at 11:30, then 30 mins later drank a half quart of prune juice. it suggests having breakfast an hour after taking the supplements but i was too full from the prune juice, so i waited till about 1:00 to eat a bowl of raw buckwheat cereal with raw almond milk and some dried figs. I still haven't had a BM. Its almost 3pm now...

I was feeling a bit sick, felt kinda like drugs coming out of my system. Not sure if its a cleansing reaction or just nausea from too much prune juice.

Is anyone familiar with this method ?

Im worried it may not be working , possible because i made a few mistakes

I ate some veggies yesterday, i didn't heat up the olive oil, I was a little confused not sure what method to use to heat it and figured room temp would be warm enough and i had the heater on so my house was pretty warm. I also kinda screwed up because i slept on my side in like a fetal position but didn't crunch my knees all the way up.

Anyone have input on this? Or if someone is actually on here with a quick response, suggestions of how to get it moving without Epsom Salts ?

Thanks!
