Sorry for the late response, and thank you! And oh, on Friday, I still have gym class but that's the first day of the 3 day Water Fast meaning I shouldn't exercise but I don't have a choice. Do you have any sort of guidelines for bypassing the dangers? Like, staying extremely hydrated, or something? :) thanks again in advance
