I too believe nematocysts play a big part in this.

Morgellons seems like a many headed Hydra, that may require a Herculean effort to balance out or eradicate...

Sorry to hear your husband had such severe injuries! He's lucky to have you. Don't wear yourself down to a nub trying to keep everything too "sterile"...

I have found enzyme spray helps to in the house and on clothes, even on my person . Whether it's disarming nemacysts or not I can't tell.
