There have been quite a few pings about the body while running and after running my frequency sets, of a slightly longer duration and intensity than normal before Rifing. Nothing strong enough to induce intense herxing/pain strong enough to require medication, except these incidences:

Mercury/heavy metal detox frequencies, and dental foci/infection frequencies. - have needed asprin at those points.

I'm using radionics/remote frequency treatment alongside contact treatment with the spooky2 machine.

Of course, the session/sensation of hardness is an exception. :)
