Hi All,

I usually do a Master-Cleanse every three months (have been for the last 18 months anyway) and I'm due to do another one in March. Unfortunately I have a TERRIBLE cold- the first one I've had since I started MC'ing. I had planned to Master-Cleanse starting around March 21, but I don't feel I can with this cold. I think the detox along with the cold would just be too much. So my Master-Cleanse may not begin until April, which will have to be okay.
