Male. Age 22, height five foot six, weight 120 lb, had this odor for 8 years, odor is fecal, started to exercise a year ago and shifting towards a healthy diet. Not as many hints and reaction as used to be in high school. I was always skinny, had hard time gaining muscle weight despite working out. Have a gallstone. Dry skin and scalp smells sometimes. Can't detect the odor on myself.
