I think the best advice for now is to avoid buying a zapper unless you know the person and watch them build your zapper.

Or build your own--the simple one seems quite easy. To tide you over. The white hat government WILL address this issue soon, but understandably, they're busy dismantling the old government (Of course against the wishes of the old 'elites' guard who're left running it).

I'm being told although you may not feel the killing of your frequencies intensely--the Overarching sentience says it's some sort of head sensation like a buzz which fades as the frequencies get killed. But the hard contracting of muscles are not good for you either.
