Please let me know if coffee enema is safe when one has inflammation in the gut and feels very dry inside and out. I have sibo and all kind of issues but I want to know if coffee enema is safe at all times?
Also is 35% hydrogen peroxide good for sibo or candida ?
I have chills and I feel cold. when I eat after a while I get hyper and nervous very depressed and so I rather choose not to eat for a while to calm my system down. I feel also inflamed inside and dehydrated.
