As holysin stated you more than likely have some type of pathogen in the gut. These pathogens set off the entire system causing anxiety, adrenal fatigue, metabolic problems and so on.

Magnesium plays a critical role and is lost under these types of infections. Many of the problems you list match to a magnesium deficiency. Keep in mind that magnesium is one of the electrolytes, sodium and potassium are also electrolytes.

You can support the adrenals with vitamin c, pantothenic acid (vitamin b5) and adaptogenic herbs.
