I take 3000mg of milk thistle capsules and normal diet, tried different diets but didn't change a thing if anything it made it worse,,and I'm not talking about dye off symptoms, another thing is I get itchy wet dandruff scalp that always feels dirty, even immediate after shower, tried all types of shampoos. Any tips on this would be great because I feel odor coming from face, nose, scalp.
