just to be clear- i don't recommend using ayahuasca as a mercury detox (and my experience can teach you that!).

i do know that it is known that aya helps detox physically, emotionally and spiritually- so it would make sense it would be a heavy metal detoxifier. but as of now i am having a hard time finding research on this. i did read a thread somewhere online about a dentist being in peru for medicine journeys specifically so he could detox mercury- but that was second hand written (it was not the dentist on the thread). so i am trying to track down more info

mercury has an affinity for the pineal gland- and aya acts on the pineal by releasing major amounts of DMT (the spirit molecule). mercury will calcify the pineal- so in theory taking aya could detox the pineal gland by extracting any metals that are affecting it.

have you had mercury poisoning? are you using coriander for mercury or something else?
