I had a very healthy mouth before using acv and I used to drool in sleep but after using acv my mouth always stays dry no matter how much water I drink but still i had ec.
Could it be candida in intestines which is causing ec and oral candida is because of acv as it is antibacterial and it killed all the good bacteria in my mouth which helped candida to grow.
