I ate some Sugar and white flour yesterday and today again I ate some potato and today when I ate some spicy food, my tongue started burning and also when I chewed garlic today, my tongue and cheeks burned so much that i had tears in my eyes. I also have a white tongue. Does this mean that I have candida overgrowth?

Ps: I was not eating Sugar and avoiding white flour as much as possible for the past 2 months . Also 2 months back i got some rashes in my mouth roof and tongue and that was because i used to swish acv in my mouth .
