Sadly, #461 has developed her own agenda and is attacking things that she has not tried or experienced.

As I said in another post, the output is noticeable at low frequencies but if far lower than a TENS unit so I would consider it safe.

Perhaps trying a different mode with higher frequencies might be the answer?
