You got to do colonics at least after Liver Flush IF your colon is not absolutely healthy. See chapter "Consequences of an Overloaded Colon" in Moritz's Health and rejuvenation book. If your colon has such layers and pockets then stones WILL get in between these layers and inside the pockets. Will get stuck there and will make you very VERY sick exactly as Morits states.
