I am also in Stage 3 Adrenal Fatigue, although I've had no testing done. Just a lot of research and experiencing crashes about every 6 months. Changing everything now!

I'm curious to know what things have helped you, and what things to stay away from. I'm consulting with Dr. Lam by phone tomorrow, and another Adrenal Doc, Dr. Neville, on Friday. I'm determined to find solutions and get some of my old life back (minus alcohol, sugar, coffee, chocolate...sigh, my favorite things!)

So I'm open to advice from anyone who has experienced this awful AF!
