Hello,
I'm day 5 into a Water Fast and my ketone levels don't rise very much, and my glucose level is still high (glucose 4.8 this morning and ketones 3.2) : GKI has been fluctuating between 1.4 and 1.6 since I started tracking yesterday.
I am about 40 pounds overweight but have no history of diabetes 1 or 2. What's up with that? Thanks!
