can i take laxatives to help the process along after my binge? or should i just drink my fruit juice?

What exactly did i do to my body by eating all this crap after fasting for so long?

It's bad because i've been having the worst cravings ever since i've had the "option" to eat. And i really don't want to start on a bad habit again.
