I am a 23 year old female, I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I have thinning hair which my doctor seems to attribute to higher than normal androgen levels.

Is there a way to naturally lower androgen in females? I would prefer treating the hormone imbalance than resorting to a band aid solution such as minoxidil for hair loss.
