good morning

I have been having problem with fatigue and insomnia for a while

I just do not know what to do anymore

I have done 11 Liver Flushes and passed lots of stones about 1100ish

currently doing the Dr Clark kidney cleanse

3 weeks ago I had a sever pain above my belly button went to the ER and I was told my Lipase was elevated to 1300 Ng but it came down next day

the GI doctor told me I could have an ulcer
did a endoscope and found inflammation and some redness no ulcers.

need help to figure out what's going on
lots of gas
I may have lots of bile sludge

OH I GOT THIS WEIRD JAW MOVEMENT
THEY SAY IS TMJ

I have fatigue in my legs and pins and needles feeling
blood work is good but alkphosphate is down to 36

current supplements
Dr Clark Vit B
Dr Marcoal Vit C
CoQ10 + E

Masticgum
Glutamine
red beet extract
Wild Honey once a day tea spoon ins green tea
or manuka honey

Raw Milk Colostrum
Organic Whey Protien

I eat everything organic and grass fed

I just want this damn fatigue and insomnia go away

Getting an atlas adjustment done as well

any opinions please help

not sure if I got Hpolyri or not

please help
