The #1 formula's purpose is to soften the junk up on the colon wall so it can be expelled using the #2 formula along with it for 30 days plus. It doesn't cause dependency. The problem IS that your bowels need to be re-trained by the #1 formula in order to have normal peristalsis return. You didn't get all the crap out if your colon if you think this formula causes dependency. Your problem is lack of normal peristaltic movement. That is the old Dr. John Christopher formula. Lower Bowel Balance. How long is it going to take to do a good bowel cleanse? It could take years. You're not reading that it took Dr. Schulze a good 10 years to get his colon back in shape.
