For the last 4 days, and especially today, I have a pain at 2 small points between the shoulder blades. It is significantly more on the left than the right. The pain is right next to the shoulder blade, at the same height - to the right of the left blade and the left of the right blade. The pain becomes more after eating or drinking.
My understanding is that these are the openings of the thoracic ducts. The left thoracic duct takes more lymph and thus has more pain. I have been doing a lot to move my lymph congestion in the eyes and head - dry skin brushing, exercise, facial massage, a lymph herb, bowen therapy, 2-3 litres of water a day, colonics, etc. So the pain is possibly because the lymph is reaching the opening of the thoracic ducts but is unable to be released into it because the blood is not clean enough to take the impurities of the lymph.
Does this seem to be a sound understanding?
If not this, what could it be?
What can I do to ease this pain?
The pain is not extreme, but obviously signals a blockage of some kind, so I wonder what I can do do clear this blockage.
At present I am continuing the processes to move lymph that I have been doing, plus am planning a water fast, starting tomorrow for 5-7 days.
I applied a castor oil pack to the painful area today and it gave me a headache, which is perhaps because of more stagnated lymph moving.
Am taking a break from Liver Flushes for a while.
Thank you.
