Yeah--hot beverage or a cayenne pepper cap, if hot beverages are hard to find.

And take them together, sure, but as the individual capsels of each herb--none of those cartel 'combos'. They dilute everything soo bad and often put in useless things as fillers.

The more they can trick you into buying the better. And it'll take a lot more of any combo type.
