I guess if you added Iodine in a NB program. It might be too much for one's body. But it doesn't mean you can't do it after you're done with the program or when the copper is mostly balanced ? I think mercury and copper toxicity needs to be deal with first.

But fluoride detox is on my list! I want to get the metals out first though.

How have you been? Have you got any results with copper detox?

Man this mercury is making me groggy
