Yes, I did tell you that and more.

8 oz magnesium citrate is good enough. This has to be taken the day of Liver-Flush at 6pm, 8pm and next day at 6am and then at 8am. If you wake up late take first 8 oz of magnesium citrate upon waking and another dose after two hours.

Half a cup of cold pressed virgin olive oil mixed with half a cup of organic red grapefruit juice strained with cloth. Mix it well in a bottle, take to your bed, stand up drink it in a few minutes, drinking with a straw work better. Lie down on your right side immediately.

You will not die. I have done so many flushes without any prep.

You will be new tomorrow.
