His diet was relatively poor/average until his lips finished healing according to him, and I don't see how omega 3 is worthy of special mention as the body relies on a host of vitamins and minerals to function properly. We cannot really credit aquaphor to healing Daniel's lips any more than we can credit, say, the sun. In fact he mentions getting loads and loads of sun exposure and that it helped with his lips. This is the only thing I have yet to try. I'm not prepared to take a supplementary source of vitamin d at this time until I've trialled the sun exposure method.
