You don't present my beliefs as how you see it, but instead say things like "You think" and "You believe" and then start stating things that I absolutely don't think or don't believe.

It's very frustrating! And it's even more frustrating when you refuse to see that's what you are doing.

"So no weaseling out of the fact that your idea of predestination is molding your whole understanding of scripture and understanding of what God wants for His creation."

I'm not trying to weasel out of it at all. It's a glorious truth what I believe once you can see it. God had a plan from the foundation of the world to choose a bride for his Son, that he would redeem from the whole fallen rebellious, God hating world. And his plan is perfect, without fail! No one can ruin or damage his plan because it isn't left up to man's free will, but to His Sovereignty!

With Arminianism, God's plan has failed. He set out to save every person in the whole world, but only a remnant is saved. God could not be happy with just a remnant saved if his desire was to save everyone in the whole world. And don't quote that scripture about how he desires that no one should perish thinking that will refute my position. I have a fool proof answer to that one. I've posted it more than once. There is no getting around that he was talking about the elect in that scripture.

Do you want to know the scripture that rocked my world and started me on the path of understanding what I know now?

Daniel 4:35
All the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay his hand or say to him, “What have you done?”

Hard scripture, ey!

I never said what I believe about predestination is easy. It's not! I've said many times I would be a universalist if it was up to me, everyone would be saved, heck, even Hitler. There is absolutely nothing in me that thinks I am better than any person out there, not even Hitler, that I am saved. I have no idea why God decided to give me life, give me faith, give me a new heart, so that I would love him and follow after him. No crowns on my head whatsoever! And I deeply mourn for the lost more than you could ever believe. You think I'm some cold snake, but you don't know me very well. I literally weep for the lost!

But as I've said before, it does not make me feel one ounce better to know the decision is up to them, vs. God. I know how fallen the human nature is! I know how much they do not desire to be saved by Christ! Not until their hearts are changed, and they can't change their own hearts! Why do you think in the bible God says he will give people new hearts, and take out their hearts of stone! What in the world would he mean by that?

And what in the world does he mean by this?:
Romans 9:22
22 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he has prepared beforehand for glory— 24 even us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles? 25 As indeed he says in Hosea,

“Those who were not my people I will call ‘my people’,
and her who was not beloved I will call ‘beloved’.”
26 “And in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people’,
there they will be called ‘sons of the living God’.”
