I got my quotes from this blog, and you can read at the top of it, that he got them from Finney's systematic theology book. In my skimming of Finney's theology book, I've already found one of the quotes and I'm sure the other one can be found too.

You can't trust everything that wikipedia says. Often they get things wrong. I've already read enough from Finney's systemic theology book to confirm that what R.C Sproul says is true.
