Thanks Angelhealing! Going back to the Oxalates. A day after we spoke about it here I noticed I was turning my heal to avoid stepping on my heel directly. Felt like a deposit on that bone in my foot. My Natural doc told me to take a high dose of Vit. K to help absorb calcium. I did that and the next day and since no more problems with my foot. Not sure if it was the Vit. K or a coincidence. Next time it happens I will see if it works again.
