I'm very sorry that you're experiencing all of these dreadful symtpoms.  I want to offer some things to contemplate.

First, self-diagnosis can be very dangerous.  Every function in human physiology is connected, though the functions themselves may be very specific.  Physical health is also directly related to mental/emotional health.  If there is trauma or dysfunction present, there will be physical/medical issues.

I've read some of the responses and I am going to offer this option:  find either a well-referred natural practitioner or well-referred doctor.  I've seen some symptoms that correlate with other conditions, and it is through a process of elimination that some of these conditions are finally diagnosed.  Lupus, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, candida, and some of these other conditions can mimic one another and candida is actually a symptom of a few of the auto-immune disorders that fall under the category of "arthritis."

Before attempting to make sweeping and extreme changes in diet and nutrition, take things one step at a time.  The first option is to visit a physician to have blood work done to locate, define, and verify certain "markers" for specific conditions.  Then, it will be a matter of more testing and documenting flares, etc.

The next option might be to eliminite refined sugars - this means anything containing added sugar and/or high fructose corn syrup. This will address some of the candida symptoms.

Another option is to avoid using plastic whenever possible.  Ceramic or glass plates, bowls, cups.  Using silver-plated eating utensils (found at thrift stores) can also be beneficial, as well as using cast iron cookware (NO tomatoes in them) and/or stainless steel stovetop cookware and glass oven cookware.

Expecting a cure for the multitude of symptoms that you're presenting is unrealistic.  Management, at present, is the goal.  Some conditions can and do move into remission, but some do not.  So, trying to implement drastic and extreme changes is going to end in disappointment because we are just not wired to do this, all at one time.

Another very important aspect is to consider your mental/emotional state, at present.  Of course, you're frustrated, depressed, and anxious about the symptoms.  But, have there been any traumatic events or family dysfunction?  Has there been abuse or any kind (emotional, verbal, physical, sexual, spiritual, etc.)?  It may be a very wise option to consider seeking counseling therapy to sort out any traumas or dysfunctions and there is a very sound reason for this.  80% of all documented cases of auto-immune diseases that fall under the category of "arthritis" are reported by women who have suffered childhood traumas or abuse.  Men tend to present a lesser percentage, but the statistics are beginning to rise dramatically for men.

I wish you the very best.......I have rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis, and managing the symptoms is an intense challenge for me.  It can be done on a daily basis - things change from day-to-day for me, and that's okay.  I sort it out the best that I can.

Brightest blessings of healing to you
